The Fat Quarter Shop has released a new pattern - Fat Eighth Flapjacks Short Cut Quilt Pattern and I had the opportunity to make one ahead of the release.

This quilt uses fat eights and some background fabrics. It goes together so easily. I was able to make the quilt in a day.
For my version of the Fat Eighths Flapjacks quilt, I used a Smoke & Rust Fat Eighth Bundle
Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics
. The background is Rust Crackle. The backing is Got Your Back Thatched Gray 108". I used Ruby Star Society Black Speckled wide back for the binding.

Here are some close up shots of my quilting (Just a reminder - I do longarm quilting! Check out my Bluegrass Stitches for more info!
